Private Homes Real Estate Pricing
As a certified professional photographer, I am dedicated to providing transparent and straightforward pricing for my services. My pricing structure is simple: $400 per hour with a minimum booking of 1 hour. A standard session for a 1000 sq ft apartment typically takes one hour.
For private homes, the rate is $500 per hour for the first 1500 sq ft, and this includes a comprehensive package of 15 HDR images, including exterior shots. Beyond the initial 1500 sq ft, the rate is $200 per additional 500 sq ft. It's important to note that additional charges may apply for travel to properties located over 20 miles from downtown Fairfield, CT.
